This policy describes how Matchmakers collects and utilizes user's personal information.

Matchmakers International Limited (“Matchmakers”) wishes to assure its users that it never, under any circumstances, distributes its users lists to a third party without the user's permission.

Information we gather

The site generates certain summary reports of site usage for statistical purpose. This includes the number of times pages are viewed, type of browser, Geographical locations, ISP Information etc. This information is used to make and monitor site promotion strategies. 

Certain services like the Trade Zone and Media Zone are developed for authorised users only hence require registration. The registration generally includes Name, Address, Phone numbers and e-mail address and is necessary for the administration of the service. We do not share this information with third parties without disclosing that intention.

Information we do not gather

Users can access our Web site and use many of our services without providing any personal information. We do not follow a user's browsing path outside our Web site.

Links to external sites

External sites are sites which are not controlled by Matchmakers. We include such links only when we feel that those are useful to our visitors. Before providing such links we assure that these links are relative to subject and in general interest. These links when clicked, may take users to external sites. Our privacy policy does not apply to external sites and we are not responsible for the conduct of such sites. These sites may have their own privacy policies. Users are encouraged to read those policies.

Competitions 

We regularly run competitions through this site in which participants must register. Required information always includes at least name and basic contact information. Sometimes more information is required. The rules and terms of each competition can vary. Competitions may be run in co-operation with some other agencies or businesses. In cases where registration information may be shared with those parties, notices will appear on the contest entry form.

E-mail and feedback

We encourage our users to send us feedback about our services, either by e-mail or by filling out forms on our Web site. Users have to include their name and other personal information. In this case also, we do not share this information with third parties without the user's express permission.
